- Soft tissue injury (i.e. ligament tear or strain)
- Wrist sprains/strains
- Repetitive stress injuries (i.e. carpal tunnel syndrome, DeQuervain's tenosynovitis)
- Acute onset of decreased sensation or pain, unspecified.

It is recommended that any injury be reviewed by your GP or relevant consultant for appropriate diagnosis and relevant medical treatment prior to commencing hand therapy.
